Luxor and the area around the city are home to some of Egypt's most important archaeological sites.
Due to the significance and abundance of ancient Egyptian architecture, tourism plays a vital role in the city, which is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists a year.
What is included in the excursion program*:
Departure from the hotel around 4:00 am (the exact time will be announced after booking); Arrival in Luxor,
• City of the Living:
Visit to Karnak Temple;
Sacred Lake - Scarab Beetle;
Lunch (buffet);
Crossing the Nile by boat;
• City of dead:
Visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut;
Visit to the Colossi of Memnon;
Boat trip to Banana Island (optional, at extra cost);
Arrival at the hotel at 22:00.
*The order of the program may change depending on the tour flow at the attractions.
Cost (the total price is indicated, the more people, the lower per person):
2 people (passenger car) = $165 (minimum trip cost);
3 people (passenger car) = $180 (from 6 years);
4 people (mini-bass) = $240 (from 6 years);
5 or more people (up to 8) +$20 (children from 6 to 12 +$10) per person to the amount for 4 people.
* If 8 adults are traveling, the cost per person is $40.
If the number of people is more than 8 people, the price is on request.
The price of the excursion includes:
Entrance fees according to the program;
✓ Crossing the Nile by boat;
✓ Lunch (buffet);
✔ Individual services of a Russian-speaking guide;
Individual transport service in Hurghada
(areas: El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh surcharge +$10 in both directions for a car up to 6 people (for one booking, transfer can be a group).
What is not included in the price of the excursion:
X Visit to Banana Island (optional, paid separately, by agreement with the guide on the spot);
X Drinks during lunch.
It is possible to expand the program:
Visit to the "Valley of the Kings" tombs +$15, children from 6 years old +$6;
Visit to the "Valley of the Queens" tombs +$5, children from 6 years old +$3;
Visit to the temple of the goddess of love and beauty Hathor (Dendera) +$10, children from 6 years old +$5
(all prices are valid only when booked in advance through the reservation department).
Additional Information:
It is necessary to send passport photos of all people to obtain a tourist permit to travel to the tourist police;
A prepayment of $50 is required for obtaining a permit, booking a car and a guide, refundable if you cancel the excursion at least one day before the departure date;
On trips to the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Kings, three main tombs are visited, the rest are for an additional cost - the price at the ticket office on the spot (including the tomb of Tatunkhamun - the price at the ticket office is about $20).
Take with you:
Water, photo of your passport on your phone, packed lunch (order in advance at the hotel reception), warm clothes (the bus has air conditioning even in winter), comfortable shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, money for excursions and small expenses, power bank for charging your phone.
